EXPERIENCE & LEADERSHIP
1994 Baseball is led by Francisco Durán, whose approach to player development is built on years of experience, continuous study, and hands-on work with athletes.
His understanding of the game goes beyond theory — it comes from real on-field experience and a deep commitment to mastering the development process. Through working with players across different stages, he has built a system that focuses on what truly translates to performance.
Francisco combines traditional baseball knowledge with modern training methods, creating an environment where athletes can develop efficiently, safely, and with purpose.
His philosophy is simple: development is earned through structure, consistency, and attention to detail.
